Doorsec Security Solutions is happy to hear from people who are interested in working as door staff in the security industry in England and Wales.
If you want to work for a successful and professional company that will invest in your personal development and training then we would like to hear from you. You will need to possess certain qualities including confidence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Self discipline and the ability to be strong in difficult situations are also important attributes as is the ability to think and act clearly at all times.
No previous experience is required, just lots of enthusiasm and once you have become registered and badged Doorsec we will provide you with a comprehensive initial induction along with quarterly training. We welcome applications from males and female but we must stress the importance of being physically fit.
All of our employees receive free SIA training along with help towards paying for their SIA badge. We also offer a full workplace pension.
